This guide walks you through everything needed to go live on ClearAccess — the RBP program powered by BillingNav, Clear Health, and Goodbill that includes repricing, 501(r) financial assistance, provider search, balance bill management, NSA compliance, and virtual ID card to support access to care.
It's organized into four phases. Complete each phase in order — later phases depend on earlier ones.

All file exchange happens over SFTP at sftp.goodbill.com. Goodbill provisions credentials for three environments during kickoff:

Eligibility data tells Goodbill which members are active on which plans. This must be in place before any other feature works.
