VBA Integration Guide for Partners

This guide walks you through the setup process for integrating your VBA (VBASoftware) system with Goodbill. This integration enables Goodbill to access eligibility data and claims for processing.

Overview

Goodbill connects directly to your VBA system via API to retrieve eligibility and claims data. The specific data requirements depend on which Goodbill products you are using:

501(r) Repricing (Pre-Payment) - Applies hospital financial assistance pricing before claims are paid
Direct Contract Repricing - Applies negotiated contract rates with provider networks, often supporting the most complex contracts
Document Retrieval - Obtains medical records and itemized bills from hospitals
Member Savings (Post-Payment) - Helps members obtain 501(r) financial assistance or negotiate bills after payment

What You Need to Provide

To set up the VBA integration, you will need to provide Goodbill with the following credentials and configuration details from your VBA system.

API Credentials

These credentials authenticate Goodbill's access to your VBA API:
